for when life hands you lemons
Ooh, look, we have the same theme! :) :)
I so wish I owned more of Rick Riodan’s books — a couple of years ago I absolutely devoured his Percy Jackson series, though for some reason I never bought them. I have the first and the second, but the rest I borrowed from the library.
I have J.K. Rowling on my list too :) Got to have her books..Thanks for sharing and for stopping by my TTT :)
Sadly, I only own one of Rick Riordan’s books! It’s one I haven’t even read yet, too. I plan to buy a boxed set of the Percy Jackson series soo, though. :)
I don’t even know them all but I do have to finish Riordan’s books because I really liked forst two in Percy Jackson series.
Happy reading!
Unfortunately I don’t have any books from Rick Riordan because my friend let me borrow those from her same for the Hunger Games Trilogy but I do have all the Harry Potter books, actually I’m quite proud of them because even after so many years they still look great. Brilliant list. :)
Let’s see. I recognize Riordan, Lewis, Rowling, Collins but had to scroll over the others to figure out who they were.
I think it is really neat to see the lists this week because, to some degree, they represent what we read as children (or to our children). So often we are busy focusing on the here and now that we forget to look back on the special books that built our literary foundation. Here is my list and you will see that I have several books that were special to my children (and me) while they were growing up. MyTTT-Anne@HeadFullofBooks
Definitely! When I was going through my books, I realized that a lot of the ones I owned were books from my childhood. Thanks for stopping by
Hahaha! I love that JK’s just says “The Queen.” So true.
I am not sure how I forgot about Rick Riordan. I blame it on most of my books being boxed up. :(
My TTT
Yup. She is The Queen. :D I totally understand! I hate not being able to find my books!
